The chefs at Baltazár only use honest and natural Spanish products and apply various local and international cooking techniques to give each dish that unique Baltazár taste.
Apart from Spanish classics, highlights of the menu are most definitely the grilled meats, such as the Tandoor Ribeye Steak, and fresh fish, like the Josper Tuna prepared on one of the four different grills we use. The Baltazár Bar & Grill’s Siggnature Dish is the local catch “Grilled Octopus”, made in the Josper Grill.
